About Zagoda Olive Oil:
"We founded Zagoda Olive Oil in 2021 as a Michigan-based independently owned business that imports ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil from our own family farm in Manisa, Turkey. As a husband-and-wife team, we have a mission to bring authentic, ultra-premium Turkish olive oil to households in the US.
Our olive oils consist of native Turkish olive cultivars such as Trilye and Ayvalik, and also the Spanish olive variety, Arbequina. These olives are hand-picked on the first day of harvest to ensure their freshest state, and are cold-pressed to preserve the highest amount of nutritional value. Their flavor profile varies between each cultivar and changes every year during harvest.
Join us for an experience of tasting different cultivars of high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oils and learning about the distinct tasting notes of each harvest!" - Ceren and Joe, Founders of Zagoda Olive Oil
