 A Tasting for Chocolate + Coffee Lovers

Chocolate + Coffee’s love story starts far before that first delicious bite or sip. Their story begins at far away lands, first blossoming from a flower that blooms into a fruit which grow from a tree / plant. Before we have that beloved chocolate bar or cup of coffee, there is a farmer and a story to tell. 

We will be diving into this story and so much more at our Chocolate + Coffee Tasting.

The Tasting

We have partnered with Musgrove + Company for a Saturday morning chocolate and coffee tasting in their downtown roastery. Sit back, and learn about the similarities between the harvesting of chocolate and coffee, while sipping on different selections of Musgrove Coffee. As we sip, we will dive into chocolate making - where it first starts:  at the cocoa tree in far away lands, all the way to the final chocolate products that we make locally right here in Michigan. 

Change The Way You Think About Chocolate + Coffee

Both coffee and chocolate can taste different based on its location, terroir, and harvesting practices. Neither chocolate nor coffee are one dimensional in flavor, and you will experience that first hand as we taste flavors that are naturally fruity, nutty, earthy, and everywhere in between.

When and Where

The tasting begins at 11 AM on Saturday June 24th at 11AM, and will last about an hour. We encourage you to arrive just a bit before 11 AM so you can get comfortable. The tasting will take place at Musgrove + Co located at 110 W. Maumee St. in downtown Adrian, Michigan. Tickets are $30 per person, to be purchased in advance right here through our website. You will receive a confirmation once purchase has been completed which confirms your reservation to the tasting.
