Just like cacao, we love to appreciate the origins of these Black Urfa Chilis from Urfa, Turkey. Traditionally dried under the summer sun and cured in its own juices, these chili's bring a uniquely smoky flavor, a subtle sweetness, and a warmth that lingers.
