Chocolate Tea

Made from the roasted outer shell of the cocoa bean, Chocolate Sipping Tea is wildly aromatic, with roasty, toasty chocolate notes that are subtle yet uniquely flavorful. 

In chocolate making, no piece of the cocoa bean gets left behind. After roasting the cocoa beans, we crack them and use the inside (cocoa nibs) to make chocolate, and winnow away the outer husk (cocoa shell) to make tea.
