Every batch of our chocolate is handcrafted from bean to bar. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed our policy to be transparent and fair, and we’re committed to making things right if your order isn't perfect.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SATISFACTION
If an order shows up damaged, incorrect, or otherwise less than magical, we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund—whichever best fits the situation. We have a 30-day satisfaction window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to notify us of any issues.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns on chocolate, teas, or spreads. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is an issue with your order, please follow the steps below to report it, and we will find a solution that works for you.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we confirm an issue, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days (banks may add extra posting time).

Store credit and digital gift cards are issued after approval.
