This hands-on experience will take you through every step of the bean-to-bar journey, including tasting fresh cacao fruit, the roasting, cracking, winnowing, and grinding of cocoa beans all while enjoying your very own chocolate flight from Harvest Chocolate's seasonal line-up. It's a truly sensory experience that will deepen your appreciation for the love of chocolate!

Ticket includes: materials, instruction, and a flight of seasonal chocolates. 

The workshop will take place at Harvest Chocolate located at 110 W. Chicago Blvd. in downtown Tecumseh, MI.
