We craft this bar using cocoa beans sourced from Semuliki Forest Uganda, celebrated for their deep, chocolatey flavor with hints of red fruit—notes that beautifully complement the bright, tart sweetness of real Michigan strawberries. Roasted and refined in our Tecumseh shop, the chocolate forms a rich foundation that lets every ingredient shine.
