From the moment you step inside Harvest Chocolate, you’ll know our chocolate is made right here in downtown Tecumseh. The rich aroma of roasting cacao beans fills the shop, while the gentle hum of our stone-grinding melangers provides a glimpse into the transformation from cacao bean to silky-smooth chocolate.

Because this is a working chocolate shop, every visit is a little different. You may catch a batch of cacao roasting, see chocolate turning in the melangers, or watch as we mold finished chocolate into bars. Come ready to awaken your senses, learn about the bean-to-bar process, and—of course—taste some chocolate along the way.

Pull up a chair, gather around the table, and experience chocolate together. Our bean-to-bar chocolate flights invite you to slow down, taste, compare, and discover new favorites with friends and family.

Choose from a rotating selection of single-origin dark chocolate, seasonally inspired dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate—all made in-house, beginning with the cacao bean. Taste each chocolate side by side and explore the different flavors, textures, and personalities found in every bar.

Flight selections change along with our seasonal chocolate collection, so there is always something new to discover.

BOOK A GUIDED CHOCOLATE TASTING

Join us for an hour-long guided tasting and explore chocolate from fresh cacao fruit to the finished bar. Taste seven Harvest Chocolate creations spanning our single-origin dark chocolates and seasonally inspired dark, milk, and white chocolate collections.

Along the way, you’ll have the rare opportunity to taste fresh cacao fruit and sip cacao tea as your host walks you through each stage of the bean-to-bar process. Tasting the chocolates side by side reveals how origin, ingredients, and craft choices create distinctly different flavors.

Guided tastings are offered twice each month, and advance tickets are required.
