Kerala’s cacao grows among coconut palms, pepper vines, fruits, and spices — a landscape that naturally infuses the beans with vibrant acidity, warmth, and depth.

About the Farm

GoGround Beans & Spices works with smallholder farmers across Kerala, bringing structure, training, and high-quality post-harvest practices to a region overflowing with agricultural heritage. Their team focuses on:

• Precise fermentation
Cacao is fermented in wooden boxes, carefully monitored to build clean fruit notes and a naturally bright profile.

• Sun-drying on raised beds
Beans are dried slowly under the Kerala sun, allowing acidity, spice, and richness to land exactly where they should.

• Farmer partnership at the center
GoGround supports local growers with training, stable pricing, and transparent quality standards — creating a resilient future for cacao in a region known for tea, spices, and now, exceptional chocolate.
