Healthy Chocolate Granola Recipe
Share
Believe it or not, this chocolate granola recipe is one of my all time favorite recipes - particularly around the holiday season because it makes the best homemade gift! It is chocolatey and comforting, and when wrapped in a mason jar with a bow, it's a simple gift to treat friends and family with during the Holidays.
Better yet, you can make this chocolate granola your own by swapping out certain ingredients to use what you might already have in the cupboard, or ingredients you really love.
For the nuts: swap for any of your favorite nuts, seeds, or dried coconut.
For the dried fruit, I love using cherries, but you can use any dried fruit you'd like: cranberries, figs, raisins - or any mix you'd like. I also really love adding in cocoa nibs for an extra crunch with more chocolatey goodness.
My suggestion in the kitchen is always to have fun with it!
