This bar is built around two ingredients that define it from start to finish: coconut milk + ube. Bright, creamy, and coconut-forward, this is a coconut milk white chocolate colored and flavored naturally with ube (purple yam)

It’s the kind of bar that feels right as the weather starts to warm up. Light, smooth, and easy to keep reaching for.

Coconut milk builds the foundation, giving this white chocolate bar its smooth, creamy texture and a clean, fresh coconut flavor that carries through each bite. It melts softly and stays light on the palate, letting the chocolate feel rich without being heavy.

Blended into that is ube, a purple yam widely used in Filipino desserts. It brings a gentle sweetness with notes of vanilla, nuttiness, and coconut, along with the natural purple color of the bar. Nothing added, just the organic ube doing the work.

On the back, we press in dried coconut chips for a bit of texture and an extra layer of coconut that builds as you eat it.

The result is creamy, coconut-forward chocolate with a soft, rounded sweetness and a smooth finish.
