Our Brown Sugar Peach Crisp bar starts with our house-crafted 68% India dark chocolate, chosen for its naturally bright fruit notes that pair beautifully with peaches. We layer in freeze-dried peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a crisp oat topping to capture the comforting flavors and textures of a warm peach crisp.

Real freeze-dried peaches provide bursts of fresh peach flavor, while brown sugar and cinnamon add the familiar warmth of a homemade dessert. The toasted oat crisp brings just the right amount of crunch, creating layers of flavor in every bite without overshadowing the chocolate itself.

Like all of our chocolate, this bar begins with thoughtfully sourced cacao beans that we roast, refine, and age in small batches at our Michigan chocolate shop. By making our chocolate from bean to bar, we can choose an origin that complements the ingredients rather than competing with them, allowing both the chocolate and the peaches to shine.
