How does ordering work?
Fill out the inquiry form below or email us at [email protected]. We'll reach out to walk through your gift, pricing, and timeline. You approve, we make, we ship.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. Whether you're sending one gift or a few hundred, we'll take care of it. Larger orders need a bit more lead time, which we'll confirm when we scope your project.
How long does an order take?
1-2 weeks is typical from the day we confirm the order. Larger projects can take longer, and we'll set expectations up front. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you inquire and we'll let you know if we can hit it.
Can you ship to multiple recipients?
Yes. Send us your recipient list (we'll give instructions when we reach out) and we'll ship each gift directly to its address. We ship anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally.
Can I include a custom card or our company branding?
Absolutely. We can include a printed card with your message, your company branding, or a personal note. Share what you'd like the card to say (or send your design) when we finalize your order.
Are the chocolates suitable for dietary restrictions?
All of our chocolate is vegan and gluten-free. Let us know about any dietary needs and we'll work to find a delicious gift for them.
How is the chocolate shipped in warm weather?
In the summer we ship UPS 2nd Day Air with cold packs and insulation so the chocolate arrives in great shape. We factor the right shipping option into your quote based on where each gift is headed and what time of year you're sending.
