We paired our India 68% dark chocolate with heirloom Sugar Rush Peach peppers grown locally by Sideoats Farm. These beautiful peach-colored peppers are known for their fruity sweetness, with notes of citrus, apricot and ripe peach followed by a warm, lingering heat.

Their bright, juicy character plays right into the fruit-forward flavor of our India cacao. The chocolate hits first, followed by the sweetness and fruit of the pepper, with a gentle chili heat that slowly builds.
