Matt and Elizabeth spent a decade in Michelin-starred kitchens in San Francisco, Napa, Chicago, and New York before moving home to Michigan and building a bean-to-bar chocolate workshop in Tecumseh.
Our dark chocolate contains two ingredients: cacao and organic cane sugar. We make chocolate from scratch, starting with the cocoa bean. We source whole cocoa beans, roast them, and grind them into chocolate right here in our shop.

Can you include my logo?
Yes. Every gift includes a custom-printed card with your logo and your message. Send us the logo file and the note you want printed and we handle the rest.
Do you ship outside Michigan?
We ship throughout the lower 48 states. Each gift leaves our workshop in protective packaging. We temperature-guard shipments in summer.
What is the lead time?
Tier 1 ships in 7 business days. Tier 2 ships in 10 business days. Tier 3 ships in 14 business days. Larger orders may take longer; we confirm the exact ship date when we send your quote.
How does payment work?
Yes. For corporate gift orders, we typically require payment before production or delivery is scheduled. When you’re ready to move forward, confirm your order by email and we’ll send an invoice for electronic payment. Once payment is squared away, we’ll get your gifts on the schedule and keep you updated from there.
Can you ship to many individual addresses?
Yes. We'll send you a blank spreadsheet to fill in with your recipients name and address.
Are the chocolates allergen-safe?
All of our products are vegan and gluten-free. We do use tree nuts and dairy in our chocolate shop. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions so we can help find the best option.
Do you offer a holiday program?
Yes. Holiday capacity fills quickly. We recommend holding your slot by early October.
