Our Brown Sugar Apple Crisp bar is made with 68% dark chocolate from cacao grown in Kerala, India. The naturally bright, lively character of these beans pairs beautifully with Granny Smith apple, bringing out the cozy apple flavor while keeping the chocolate at the center.

We layer in brown sugar and cinnamon, then finish the bar with a crisp oat topping that adds texture and brings to mind the best part of an apple crisp: those caramelized edges bubbling over as it bakes.
