Creamy oat white chocolate, aromatic cardamom, and chocolate-forward coffee come together in a bar inspired by a richly spiced cappuccino. The soft, creamy texture of the oat white chocolate is reminiscent of that silky layer of foam on top, while espresso and cardamom lay the flavor foundation beneath it.

The cardamom brings bright citrus, gentle spice, and warm floral notes that lift the richness of the chocolate, while finely ground espresso adds depth and a roasted backbone. Dark chocolate shavings run through the bar for a little extra cocoa intensity, creating a layered flavor that moves between creamy, spiced, and deeply coffee-forward.

We stone-grind the cardamom and espresso directly into the oat white chocolate, giving the bar a smooth, fragrant character from the first bite to the last.
