This 68% dark chocolate starts with a smooth, fruity chocolate base that melts into a clean cocoa finish. Then the flavor shifts. Lemon comes through with a lively, tart snap, followed by deep, jammy blueberry that settles into the chocolate.

It’s a balance that works both ways. The fruit brings out the brighter notes in the chocolate, while the chocolate deepens the blueberry and softens the lemon’s edge.

On the back of the bar, you’ll find whole dried blueberries that add a chewy texture and concentrated bursts of flavor in every bite.

The blueberries come from Tabone Orchards on Old Mission Peninsula in Northern Michigan, the same farm we trust for our cherries. They’re dried at peak ripeness, giving you that rich, late-summer blueberry flavor instead of something flat or sugary.

We use organic lemon juice powder to bring a clean, natural tartness that runs through the entire bar, not just on the surface. It keeps each bite bright and refreshing without overpowering the chocolate.
