Like a brisk walk through the woods with sunshine on your face, it’s bright, grounding, and quietly invigorating. Sweet orange brings a burst of citrusy warmth, while a whisper of thyme adds an herbaceous, woodsy note that lingers gently in the background.

We roast and refine the chocolate in-house, then blend in pure orange oil and dried thyme for a bar that is neither too zesty nor too earthy.

It’s a natural fit for the colder months, from Thanksgiving gatherings to quiet winter evenings. Pair it with spiced tea, apple pie, or a sharp aged cheddar, or simply enjoy a square or two on its own.
