Our Salted Maple bar starts with rich dark chocolate sweetened with pure Michigan maple syrup from Maple Dale Farms in Atlanta, Michigan. We fold crisp pieces of salted maple brittle throughout, giving each bite a caramelized maple crunch that melts back into the chocolate.

The maple brings a warm, woodsy sweetness, while the salt keeps it from feeling heavy and pulls out the deeper notes in the cacao. Between the smooth dark chocolate and those crisp bits of brittle, the texture shifts with every bite.

Maple Dale Farms produces certified organic maple syrup using traditional tapping methods in northern Michigan, and its deep, clean flavor is exactly what we want here. This bar tastes like fall at its best: rich, crisp, a little salty, and unmistakably maple.
